What are your shipping charges?

For the time being we are offering free delivery on all orders irrespective of the value of the order.

How long does it take to process orders?

We aim to process all orders the same day if placed before 15:00, we will endeavour to process orders that come in after 15:00 but just in case we cant we have set the cut off to 15:00.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We endeavour to deliver all orders on a next day delivery service (cut off time 15:00) We keep stock in different warehouses and locations, so whilst we always endeavour to deliver next business day, we can't always guarantee it. If you are interested in a specific product please feel free to call us so we can confirm whether we can do a next day delivery.

Can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be uploaded to your order once it has shipped.

Missed delivery?

We suggest getting in touch with the courier using the tracking number we have uploaded to get the delivery rearranged, this can normally be done online.
